Each individual case is unsealed. They do not snap in place. To seal the holder once the card and label are added, apply a thin layer around the outer edge of the bottom case after the card and label have been inserted. Then, secure the top half of the case and allow time for the adhesive to dry. Popular adhesives include JB Weld Plastic Adhesive, Bondic UV Liquid Plastic, and Clear Gorilla Glue.
