2005 CynosureTriActive Laser system,for cellulite and skin rejuvenation. Manufactured by DEKA, previously distributed in US by Cynosure.
The device produces diffuse low level near-infrared radiation, combined with mild cooling and vacuum massage. A large head treats cellulite and temporarily shrinks fat cells. The smaller head is for facial rejuvenation and sagging. Treatments are safe, gentle and comfortable. There is no consumable cost.
The TriActive is FDA cleared for the temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite. The TriActive facilitates the development of a more contoured, healthier-looking physique by smoothing and tightening the skin anywhere on the body.  It reduces the appearance of cellulite, increases skin elasticity, and improves lymphatic drainage. In addition, TriActive relieves muscle pain, refreshes facial tissue, and stimulates collagen production. Possible treatments include:

Specifications: Power requirement:120V, 3A. Low level diode lasers produce invisible diffuse near-infrared light (808 nm), with 1 watt maximum output per laser. The large handpiece has 6 diodes.  There is one diode in the small handpiece. The vacuum massage is adjustable from 0.1 – 5 Hz, and the duty cycle from 10 – 90%. The device weighs 88 pounds, and rolls easily on casters. Height is 47 inches, length 24 inches,width 19 inches.
The device is working, in good overall condition, with no apparent problems.  It is in cosmetically good condition. There are a few dings around the base,but no serious damage. The seller has used it successfully in a medical spa, mainly for cellulite treatment.  It is effective for cellulite, with a series of treatments. Maintenance treatments are needed to maintain results. A set of treatment applicators and a key are included. A filter is in place. Goggles are not required. This device is warranted to be in the condition as described, as of the date of purchase, but no additional warranty is offered.  The original price was about,000. Seller is not the original owner. Sale is due to limited storage space.
