Sir Christopher Ricks, FBA is a literary critic and scholar. He was knighted in 2009 and is a Fellow of the British Academy. He has been a professor at Oxford, Cambridge, Stanford, Bristol and Boston College.
18x24 inch printing done in a single color on blueprint-like paper. I am told this was a test printing used to check the artwork before the actual poster was printed. It was rescued by someone at the in-house print shop who could not bear to see it discarded.
I purchased a small lot of these posters several years ago, and they have been rolled and stored carefully. The paper shows a little age and there are a few minor signs of handling, but otherwise it is very good condition with no significant damage.
