Gear Aid Seam Grip + Tent Fabric Sealant + Revivex Durable Water Repellant

Last summer, I thought I was going to restore an old tent, and bought the materials. Turned out I could not clean the old tent fabric well enough to restore it, so I threw out the fabric, sold the poles, and have the restoration materials left over. The following items are included, purchased in August 2020 and unopened:
Gear Aid Seam Grip + WP, 1 oz.
Gear Aid Tent Fabric Sealant, 4 oz.
Gear Aid Durable Water Repellant, 16.9 oz.
I paid .85 for the three items, excluding shipping, direct from Gear Aid. Selling for + shipping.
Also included is another tube of Seam Grip. It's unopened but I'm not sure how old it is. This tube is labelled McNett, which was the name of Gear Aid prior to 2016, so it's at least five years old.
