Amp is a dual monaural design. It is basically 2 mono blocks in one chassis. The only item the 2 separate amps have in common is the power cord. There are 2 on / off switches (channel A and B) 2 power supplies, 2 FEBs and 2 output boards.
This is a professional amp and is equipped with Balanced TRS, XLR and wire strip inputs. The output can be switched between Stereo, Dual Monaural and Bridged. If you are using this in a professional environment you know what all this is. If you're planning on using this in a home stereo, the unit will come shipped in the stereo mode and you'll need 2 - 1/4" phono to RCA adaptors. For an additional I will include a pair.
This unit was installed in a rack with 5 other amps. It has scratches from being removed and reinstalled. I did some Sharpie touch ups on the face, take a close look at all of the pictures for overall condition.
This unit was always intended to be installed in a rack and never came with feet. If you will not be installing in a rack you can pick up some adhesive feet from e-Bay, Amazon or Parts Express.
If you decide to remove the rack handle, 2 of the nuts on each side will fall inside the unit behind the power supply boards and will need to be fished out. The third will need to be reinstalled after the rack handles come off as it also holds down one corner of the power transformer. If you know you don't want the rack handles, let me know at purchase and I'll remove before shipping.
The unit has been tested. It was run for 30 min. with a sound source and sounds great. Even sound from both channels, no distortion or buzzing. The inputs and outputs were cleaned with DeoxIT D5.
The amp weights 63 pounds. I have the 30 page User Manual which covers some repairs and has the schematic. It is in PDF form and can be e-mailed to the purchaser.
