Description:
Spot welding machine control module is developed for DIY or simple battery welding machine. It is mainly used for the welding of nickel-plated sheets of single-cell batteries or battery packs, such as nickel-plated steel plates of 0.15 and 0.2mm for 18650 lithium batteries, and transformers above 500W can be directly welded. It is used for welding other battery materials, and the thickness is different, such as polymer battery electrodes without nickel plating, which must be combined with enough power transformers to be welded​​​​ The module includes the main board and display board, optional 40A and 100A bidirectional silicon controlled rectifiers, does not include welding transformers, welding pens and other matching tools.
