    Description

    Heavy ceramic beer stein sporting the official full color USA/
    5 ring Olympic logo.  This mug was produced around 2002 at the time of the Salt Lake Games, but was strictly a USA piece.  The USA/5 ring logo is highlighted with shiny gold lettering, trimming, etc.  The words UNITED STATES OLYMPIC TEAM rim the upper lip of the mug in gold, outlined in black.   It is a handsome piece and the US flag serves as a background for the various details  See photos.  The stein weighs 2 lbs 3 oz before packing for shipment,  is 6 1/2 inches tall and holds about a quart.  It is an officially licensed item of the US Olympic Committee.  The 36 USC 380 license is visible in black beneath the USA/5ring logo.
