. This American made mic is a precisely executed clone of the iconic 1930's RCA 74B ribbon mic. From the highly-polished perforated chromed upper basket, to the heavy iron desk stand, most every detail captures the eye appeal and top quality build of the RCA 74B.

The upper mic flag framed in chrome with black background and CBS letters applied. And the sound...WOW! It's what Heil is best known for...highest broadcast/studio quality, pro low-impedance elements producing
rich full fidelity with strong output closely matching that of a ribbon microphone
. Plus the "RCA style" Heil
heavy base mic stand is included
which is also an exact replica of the original RCA stand featuring that gorgeous chrome accent strip up the center, and a padded underside. A "narrow/wide"
toggle switch on the backside of the mic changes the audio
characteristics from full fidelity to low-end roll-off for two-way use. The mic head is hardwired to a 3 foot shielded cable with standard 3 pin male XLR plug. Mic with stand measures 12 x 4 x 6".
